Radius Ads Geofencing provides several ways to remove the Meta connection and associated App data for a Shopify store.

1. Disconnect Meta inside the App

1. Open Radius Ads Geofencing in Shopify Admin.
2. Go to the Meta connection section.
3. Choose Disconnect Meta and confirm.

The App deletes the stored encrypted Meta credentials and related ad-account mappings, Ad Set mappings, geographic snapshots and audit records associated with that Shopify store.

2. Remove the App through Meta

1. Open Facebook Settings.
2. Go to Business Integrations.
3. Find Radius Ads Geofencing and remove it.

Meta sends a signed deauthorization or data-deletion request to the App. After the request is validated, the matching stored Meta connection data is deleted automatically.

3. Uninstall from Shopify

Uninstall Radius Ads Geofencing from Shopify Admin. Uninstalling deletes the store’s saved platform connections. Shopify’s required shop-redaction process removes remaining store-scoped session data.

4. Request deletion by email

Email hello@radiusdelivery.app with the Shopify store domain and enough information to identify the installation. Do not send access tokens, passwords or other credentials. We may need to verify that the requester is authorized to act for the store before completing a manual request.

5. What may remain temporarily

Limited copies may remain in protected backups until normal backup rotation or where retention is required by law, security or dispute-resolution obligations. Backup data is not used for ordinary business purposes.

6. Confirmation

Requests initiated through Meta are handled by the App’s signed callback endpoint. Where applicable, Meta receives a confirmation URL and code. For questions about a request, contact hello@radiusdelivery.app.

7. Disconnect Google Ads

Open Radius Ads Geofencing in Shopify, open Google Ads, and select Disconnect Google Ads. This stops synchronization and removes stored Google credentials, account metadata, campaign mappings, geography snapshots, operation history and pending login attempts for that Shopify store. It does not undo geography already applied in Google Ads. Use Restore previous geography before disconnecting if needed. You can also uninstall the App or contact hello@radiusdelivery.app with your store domain and deletion request. To revoke the Google authorization grant separately, use your Google Account connections settings. Do not send access tokens, refresh tokens or passwords.
